Join us this December in our goal to raise $24,000 to cover all twelve months of operating expenses in 2017 for Jehovah Nissi School in Haiti.
Six years ago, we met a man named Windy Sauveur who worked with us as a medical team translator in Haiti. His dream was to start a school in Haiti’s most dangerous area, Cité Soleil . He often said “don’t let fear keep you from doing what God has plans for you to do”. Inspired by his faith and passion, we launched the Jehovah Nissi School which now thrives as a beacon of hope in an often hopeless neighborhood.
Windy passed away four years ago at age 28 from lymphoma. With God’s help we will carry on his dream.
We are looking for individuals or companies who are ready to help us cover the 2017 operating budget of Jehovah Nissi School and support the 70 children enrolled there.
Will you please support one day, one week, or one month of education for these 70 kids?
- $65 funds a day
- $500 covers an entire week
- $2000 supports a full month of schooling for all 70 kids
100% of your donation goes to Jehovah Nissi School. Be sure to check if your company’s matching program is aligned with our organization.
The school’s modest monthly budget of $2,000 provides an education for seventy kids in one of the most impoverished communities in the western hemisphere. Your donation will pay for:
- Teacher and staff salaries
- Educational materials
- Backpacks and uniforms
- Daily lunch for the students
- Facility costs
- Summer feeding program
You can learn more about life in Cité Soleil and the school’s impact by watching a recent interview with the school’s director Jean Philippe Sauveur.
To everyone who has traveled with us to Haiti (and there are a lot of you!) and to everyone who gives to the school, we offer our sincere gratitude.
