This week, we received some photos from Jean Philippe Sauveur, the administrator for the Jehovah Nissi School in Cite Soleil, Haiti. This school is one of three major projects that AFF supports in Haiti.
Lunch time may seem like a small detail in our day-to-day world, but for these kids being able to rely on a daily meal at the school is a pretty big deal. This simple meal of rice, beans and mangoes gives them the fuel they need to stay mentally sharp for their studies.
Every month, AFF partners with one of our local Haitian leads to deliver a one month food supply to Jehovah Nissi School, even through the summer when the kids are on break. We appreciate everyone who has joined us to keep this program running and provide the nourishment these kids need!
